all orders are predicted to be received 3-4 weeks after being placed! As of 4.12.26, all products are pre sale only. So please note that this puts a delay on receiving your package due to overseas shipping, post office issues, etc.

pre order is when a company or seller will wait to buy stock until an order has been placed by a customer. After that order has been made, the seller will go and purchase your items. Selah Lounge is currently in the process of becoming an on hand storefront. As we make this transition, we ask for patience as we work on switching over :)

We offer refunds and exchanges. Exchanges are offered on any order, rather you’d just like a different color or a different product all together. Refunds are only applicable if you receive a damaged product.
